2. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data. This may include in particular: • page or file requested • referrer • browser type and version • operating system • device type • time of access • IP address IONOS states for its web hosting that IP addresses are anonymized during analysis and that visit data is retained for up to eight weeks. Processing takes place to provide the website securely, reliably, and without technical errors, based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS WebAnalytics is used as part of IONOS web hosting. According to IONOS, no tracking cookies are used for this. Analysis is carried out via log files and/or pixels; transmitted IP addresses are anonymized after transmission. In particular, technical and statistical information is processed, such as pages accessed, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and time of access. Processing serves statistical analysis as well as technical optimization and stability of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing our web offering securely, reliably, and in line with demand.
4. Contact form and contact by email
When visitors contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information they provide solely to handle the request and any related communication. Contact form submissions are transmitted via IONOS infrastructure and the IONOS SMTP service we use. If the request relates to initiating a test customer, development, or other contractual relationship, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general inquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is handling and responding to incoming requests. Data is deleted once the request has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons for further storage exist.
5. External content and services
This website loads fonts locally from the website package (@fontsource/inter) and does not use external image, font, or tracking services from third-party providers. Images and media are served from our IONOS web hosting.
6. Cookies
elvnode does not currently use its own tracking or marketing cookies on this website. According to the provider, IONOS WebAnalytics works without tracking cookies. We do not set necessary technical cookies.
7. Recipients and processors
Where required for hosting, email transmission, and technical operation, data is processed by IONOS as a service provider.
8. Storage period
Personal data is processed only for as long as required for the respective purpose or statutory retention obligations apply. For hosting and visit data, the retention period documented by IONOS of up to eight weeks applies.
